The sea is the protagonist: adventure cruises and aquariums

Jesolo is a seaside city and, as such, offers some activities to learn about and explore this world. One of these is the Sea Life, the well-known chain of aquariums present with its branches all over the world. An opportunity for adults and children to learn about the inhabitants of the sea, ranging from small hermit crabs to large fish such as sharks. Entering Sea Life you immerse yourself in the marine world, observing the living species that populate it from the windows.

Lovers of adventure and boat trips, on the other hand, can opt for an excursion on the suggestive Jolly Roger sailing ship. Climbing aboard this sailing ship, guests will become pirates who, for an hour and a half, will experience the adventure of a real boarding thanks to the entertainment of the staff who have been organizing this activity for years.

Amusement parks for all ages

Jesolo can also boast some of the most popular amusement parks in all of Italy. One of these is certainly Acqualandia, which is currently called Caribe Bay. This park, which due to its structure is based on the reproduction of a Caribbean island, has been recognized for many years as the best water amusement park in Italy. It is a very large park, located at the gates of Jesolo and completely immersed in greenery. Its attractions are divided into eight themed areas and in each area you can find engaging shows and entertainment, all based on themes related to the sea.

Very popular in the summer with families and young tourists, the Caribe Bay boasts the highest slide in Europe with its 42 meters of height. It is the Captain Spacemaker: from here the most adventurous launch themselves with a rubber dinghy reaching the speed of 100 kilometers per hour. In the park there are also other exciting slides, such as the Scary Falls, 38 meters high and with a slope of 60 degrees that simulates falling into a precipice, and the Tortuga Sky, a slide full of curves and changes of slope traveled entirely inside a tube full of special effects.

There is no shortage of wave pools, waterfalls, a Tibetan bridge, bungee jumping and free climbing. The park also has a children's area and slides specifically designed for the little ones. Inside the park there is also the Carribean Golf, a large mini golf with 35 holes entirely in pirate style.

The true kingdom of children, however, is the large amusement park that for some years has become a real park open from 8 pm until late at night. This is the New Jesolandia, a 20 thousand square meter park with 35 attractions for all ages. Children, but also young people and adults, never disdain a visit to this amusement park after a day at the beach.
